With a couple of decades of sailing, boat deliveries and 2 years of totally rebuilding a 42’ Yawl -it is not as easy to ignore potential problems.

The weeks went by in discovery visits, requesting information and eventually writing up an offer. We became regulars at a wonderful Air BnB outside La Connor. We followed up leads on other boats but kept returning to our fave. Nuna visited and immediately proclaimed the forward cabin was her domain. Eventually we had enough information to make a quasi-informed offer. It was conditionally accepted.
