We provide pickup and drop off at a variety of agreed upon locations in the Puget Sound.  Depending on what you would like to have as a backdrop we have a host of locations that provide incredible views of the legendary Pacific NW scenery.

Aboard there is ample room for small groups to enjoy anything from the quiet and silence of a beautiful anchorage, quiet dock  to sightseeing underway.

We normally offer the following activities:

 - kayaking,  photo shoots, fishing, solitude/reflection, birding, in season crabbing or clamming, hikes, beach exploring and customized options like on board Massage, Family Constellation therapy.

While we can provide custom meals upon request and non alcoholic beverages  we are also completely upon to having whatever catering arrangements you might want.

While the above options are not the usual team building or reward the team for their efforts choices….what we do offer are some very different and unusual opportunities.

It all begins with the location.  Being on a boat creates a more fluid environment.  The sense of being part of (not separate from) something much larger, nature, expands your perspective.  In a very basic or fundamental fashion when your attention or focus is shifted several things happen.

You become more porous because your normal filters for your everyday life have been shifted.  Your ability to hear and retain new material are heightened.

Whether you are in a discussion about new ideas,  problem solving or experiencing an opportunity to recharge and relax – the possibilities and your effectiveness  all increase with a reduction of your filters.  Your “already always listening and perceiving”  are greatly reduced when you are removed from your comfort zone and  standard perceptual framework.  It is for this primary  reason  that offsite locations for retreats, business meetings etc. exist
